We are able to maximize site density and simultaneously provide covered parking by elevating one wing of the building. This is a spectacular property located in the Houston Galleria area.
Intercontinental Hotel - expansion / rebrand We were engaged by an international owner to handle site acquisition, due diligence, and negotiation, providing pre-construction development services for the expansion and conversion of an existing 477 room Crowne Plaza hotel into a 485 room upscale Inter-Continental Hotel. Included is a new 13,000 s.ft. Grand Ballroom, 9,000 sq.ft. Exhibition hall and additional structured parking for 254 cars.
